Connecting Students & Recent Graduates with Disabilities with Federal Jobs

U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) recently released the 2024 Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) database, which connects employers with post-secondary students and recent graduates with disabilities seeking internships and jobs.

WRP connects federal and select private-sector employers nationwide with college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through federal internships or permanent jobs. It features 3,300 college students, graduate students and recent graduates with disabilities seeking these type of internships and permanent jobs.

Any federal government employee can register for an account. WRP database contains more than 2,000 resumes from college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities from a wide variety of majors and backgrounds.
