Audience: Minority Engineer, published since 1979, is a career-guidance/recruitment magazine distributed by direct request to qualified engineering, computer-science, and information-technology students and professionals who are African American, Hispanic, Native American, and Asian American-sent to their home address. All college chapters of National Council of Black Engineers and scientists (NCBES) and is distributed to the National Association of Minority Program Administrators and headquarters of NACME, NAPD, AISES, NTA, SHPE, MAES, and SECME.
